Ready Set Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. How The Program Works

Ready Set Inc's referral program rewards you for bringing new customers to our business. When you refer someone who becomes a Ready Set client, you'll receive a reward once they sign a contract with us and make a payment.

 

2. A Referral Is

A referral is considered complete when your referred contact signs a contract with Ready Set In and makes a payment. This is when you become eligible for the reward.

 

3. Rewards And Offers

For each successful referral, you will receive $1,000 transferred through Stripe.

 

4. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

Once your referred contact signs a contract with us, remains an active client for at least 30 days without cancellation and makes a payment, you will receive your $1,000 reward within 15 business days of meeting this condition.

 

1. If the referred client cancels or requests a refund within 30 days, the referral reward will not be issued.

2. If the referred client defaults on their first payment, the reward will be withheld.

 

5. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Ready Set Inc's Privacy Policy. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Ready Set Inc shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

 

6. General

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by Ready Set Inc ("we", "us" and "our").

6.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in one or more Referral Program(s).

6.3. You may invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, colleagues, and industry connections to this Referral Program.

 

7. Completed Referrals

7.1. A Completed Referral occurs when a Referring User refers this Program to one of their contacts and that contact subsequently signs a contract with Ready Set Inc and makes a payment.

7.2. All referred people must be new, first-time clients of Ready Set Inc.

A past client who has not used Ready Set Inc’s services in the past 24 months will be considered a new referral.

If a referral comes from a different department, location, or division within an existing client’s company, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

 

7.3. You represent all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards.

 

8. Restrictions

8.1. This Program cannot be combined with other Ready Set Inc referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits, or incentives.

8.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation.

8.3. You may not publish our Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities. You may promote this program via personal or professional networks, including: 

• LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and industry-related blogs.

• Email referrals to known professional contacts (no cold emailing).

You may not promote the program through mass unsolicited email campaigns (spam), paid ads, or misleading content.

 

8.4. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.

 

9. Term and Termination

9.1. This is an ongoing Referral Program, however Ready Set Inc reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.

9.2. Any referral made before the end of the Referral Program can still participate. However, we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.

9.3. We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.

 

10. Exclusive Relationship

10.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.

10.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company.

10.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, or (part of) our corporate identity.

10.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself as an agent or intermediary of our company.

 

11. Privacy and Information

11.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website.

11.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program and leave their personal information.

 

12. Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

 

13. Violations and Termination

13.1. If we suspect fraud, referral abuse, or unreasonable use, we may deny payment or remove a participant from the program.

Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to:

 

• Fake or self-referrals (using multiple emails or entities to claim rewards).

• Referrals obtained via misleading promotions (e.g., false claims about Ready Set Inc).

• Mass referral submissions without prior contact or consent.

13.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

 

14. Disclaimer and Indemnification

14.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion.

14.2. Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.

14.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold Ready Set Inc harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.

 

15. No Correspondence and Disputes

With regards to the distribution of rewards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Referral Program, and the abovementioned benefits are provided "as is".

 

16. Applicable Law

This Referral Program shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days before legal action is taken.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise required by law.
